Our precious son Caleb Thomas died of Potters Syndrome February 20, 2009 at 12:02am. He did not have
any kidneys or bladder and had a 0% chance of survival. Caleb was 13 ounces & 10 1/2 inches. We went
to our routine ultrasound on February 5, 2009 thinking that we were going to find out the sex of our
baby and could start planning his bedroom. Then we received the most devistating news. Caleb was due
July 4th, 2009. He was born at 20 weeks 6 days. My husband and I miss him dearly. He also had a
older sister Cailey that is almost 3 years old and now a little sister that is due in January 2010.
We feel like there is a piece of our heart missing and Caleb holds that piece. We miss him more than
words can say and we think about him every moment of every day. We wish he was here in our arms. But
he is now our little angel!!! Rest in peace our sweet little boy!
An angel wrote in the Book of Life
My (Your) baby's date of birth
Then whispered as she closed the book
"Too beautiful for Earth"
love you dear mummy
And i know I'm not here today
But last night while i slept
Sweet angels flew me away
They gave me a beautiful garden
With wings to fly to you
Mummy don't cry i am here
And that's what angels do
I'm happy in my garden mummy
And i want you to smile for me
As now i can watch over you
Just like you watched over me
Send me some lovely flowers
And little gifts for me to play

And i am here right now today.

An Angel Never Dies
Don't let them say, I wasn't born
That something stopped my heart
I felt each tender squeeze you gave
I've loved you from the start.
Although my body you can't hold,
It doesn't mean I'm gone.
This world was worthy, not, of me
God chose that I move on.
I know the pain that drowns your soul,
What you are forced to face.
You have my word, I'll fill your arms
Someday we will embrace.
You'll hear that it was "meant to be,
God doesn't make mistakes"
But that won't soften your worst blow..
Or make your heart not ache.
I'm watching over all you do,
another child you'll bear.
Believe me when I say to you,
That I am always there.
There will come a time, I promise you
When you will hold my hand,
Stroke my face and kiss my lips
And then you'll understand.
Although, I've never breathed your air,
Or gazed into your eyes..
